He had a bit of a misadventure with drugs and disappeared early in his career, but he had some great songs and 'Oh Well' is one of my favorites. I remember hearing the song on the radio when I was probably 13, they used to play a lot of both the old Fleetwood Mac version and the new version of the band with Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham. I always loved this song and it has a great guitar riff. I played it with Blues Ball back in the '90s and I've played it live here and there. I knew from the beginning that I wanted to do the song on this album. It was also one of the songs where I was trying to figure out who would be the right vocalist for it, and one of the ideas I had was Chris Stapleton, one of the most brilliant singer-songwriters working today. He also has such a brave and distinctive voice, so I called him and he did an amazing job, his voice is great.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">A vibrant tribute to the blues, Orgy of the Damned! is a collection of 12 dynamic songs that shake up and revitalize blues classics with an organic, minimalist approach. Celebrating songs both well-known and largely unknown, SLASH offers a nostalgic nod to the past while revitalizing the songs with their inimitable guitar playing and the spirit of the collaborators. For Orgy of the Damned, the acclaimed guitarist re-teamed with historic producer Mike Clink and recruited several guest vocalists, including Gary Clark Jr, Billy F. Gibbons, Chris Stapleton, Dorothy, Iggy Pop, Paul Rodgers, Demi Lovato, Brian Johnson, Tash Neal, Chris Robinson<\/strong>and <strong>Beth Hart<\/strong>, similar to her self-titled solo album 2010, Slash.
