The information was confirmed by the band through their social networks, although no specific reason was given for his departure and they only limited themselves to informing that they will continue with the band and the separation is friendly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSome of you have already seen us play without our drummer Mikko Siren in Brazil and Mexico earlier this year\u2026 or have heard rumors to this effect. We are very sorry to have to inform you that we have amicably separated from Mikko after 20 years. Recording our next studio album was our last achievement with him. Furthermore, we want to reassure you, because we, Eicca, Perttu and Paavo \u2013 will continue as Apocalyptica. \u201cWe wish Mikko happiness and success in all that he aspires to in all his future endeavors!\u201d says the band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Mikko Sir\u00e9n<\/strong> joined <strong>Apocalyptica<\/strong> as a touring member during the 2003 <em>Reflections<\/em> tour and did not join until a couple of years later in 2005 who was declared a permanent member of the band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-gestor-del-servicio wp-block-embed-gestor-del-servicio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Apocalyptica\/posts\/962838031867156\n<\/div><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de dos d\u00e9cadas, el baterista Mikko Sir\u00e9n ha dejado de formar parte de Apocalyptica.
