The answer is strangely simple: For a long time, we didn't know where he was and we couldn't contact him by any means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason we didn't make this public was because we still hadn't lost hope. Of course, Jani has been a close friend and valued member of the band for many years. We wanted to give him the opportunity to resolve the situation or something less give a statement to the fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, it is now evident that Jani and the other members of Insomnium have different priorities. Therefore, we have agreed to separate our paths and the band will continue with four members.
