Theobald Brooks \u201cTheo\u201d Lengyel<\/strong>, who was once saxophonist for Mr. Bungle<\/strong>was arrested by the police. He is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Alice \u201cAlyx\u201d Kamakaokalani Herrmann, who has been missing since December 3, and Capitola and El Cerrito police began their search on December 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the investigation, authorities found human remains in the Tilden Regional Park in Berkley, California, which are waiting to be identified. Lengyel<\/strong> had already been identified as a potential suspect in the death of Herrmann<\/strong> and was arrested yesterday, January 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe diligent work of our investigators, in coordination with our law enforcement partners, has led to the arrest of Theobald Lengyel in connection with the tragic homicide of Alice Kamakaokalanil. \u201cWe express our deepest condolences to the victim\u2019s family and friends during this difficult time,\u201d reads a statement from Capitola Police. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lengyel<\/strong> was part of Mr. Bungle<\/strong>between 1986 and 1995.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
