El <strong><em>&#8216;Black album&#8217; <\/em><\/strong>se ha convertido en un icono de la cultura musical de las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas y es por ello que al cumplirse 30 a\u00f1os de su lanzamiento, se quisiera celebrar en grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El disco fue la jugada perfecta de <strong>Metallica<\/strong>: cambiaron su sonido por algo m\u00e1s digerible, canciones que parecen himnos perfectas para permear a nivel masivo y vaya que lo lograron, haciendo de la banda un icono mundial que ha impactando a generaciones completas. Para resumirlo, el mundo del metal no fue el mismo despu\u00e9s de &#8216;The Black Album&#8217;, as\u00ed de sencillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por ello que la banda decidi\u00f3 crear <em>&#8216;The Blacklist&#8217;<\/em>, un conjunto de nuevas versiones, creadas por m\u00e1s de 50 artistas de todo el mundo con la intenci\u00f3n de demostrar que la m\u00fasica de <strong>Metallica<\/strong> toc\u00f3 a personas de todos los estratos sociales, de todas las realidades, de todos los pa\u00edses y de todas los g\u00e9neros musicales&#8230; obteniendo un resultado bastante mediocre, por decir lo menos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un principio, la idea de escuchar versiones de canciones como <em>&#8216;Enter Sandmann&#8217;<\/em>,<em> &#8216;Sad But True&#8217; <\/em>o <em>&#8216;Nothing Else Matters&#8217; <\/em>reimaginadas por m\u00fasicos de diversas escuelas, suena como una idea interesante y que a cualquiera podr\u00eda gustar; sin embargo, hay veces que la magia funciona de una manera lineal e irrepetible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro, no podemos decir que todas las versiones son malas. <strong>Alessia Cara \/ The Warning<\/strong>, la gran interpretaci\u00f3n de <strong>Miley Cyrus<\/strong>, <strong>St. Vincent<\/strong>, <strong>Volbeat<\/strong>, los mongoles<strong> The Hu<\/strong> o <strong>Ghost<\/strong> hicieron un gran trabajo reinventando los cl\u00e1sicos de James Hetfield y Lars Ulrich. Incluso las mexico-americanas <strong>Ha-Ash<\/strong>, el ex-Pxndx, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Madero<\/strong> o la cantante chilena<strong> Mon Laferte<\/strong> -aunque con una traducci\u00f3n medio cutre de <em>&#8216;Nothing Else Matters&#8217;<\/em>&#8211; lo hicieron bastante bien, sin tomar demasiados riesgos, pero entregando algo de calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero por el otro lado, la gran mayor\u00eda de las canciones son de regulares, a malas o incluso cosas tan bizarramente innecesarias, mediocres y chafas como lo realizado por <strong>Mexican Institute of Sound<\/strong> que es m\u00e1s bien un remix guapachoso que alguna vez les sobr\u00f3 de alguno de sus discos y al cual le metieron con calzador la voz de <strong>Hetfield<\/strong> por aqu\u00ed y por all\u00e1; mismo caso del reggeatonero<strong> J Balvin<\/strong>, cuya reinvenci\u00f3n consisti\u00f3 en cantar un mont\u00f3n de cosas sin sentido dentro de un remix cualquiera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celebrar, admirar y reconocer la importancia de <strong>Metallica<\/strong> dentro del mundo de la m\u00fasica y su impacto en la historia del arte, es un acto de mera justicia para la banda que tom\u00f3 el sonido del metal y lo present\u00f3 ante las grandes audiencias mundiales, pero \u00bfera realmente necesario un disco tan in\u00fatil y totalmente olvidable? <\/p>\n<div class=\"lets-review-block__wrap
