For 5 years, when Trent Reznor<\/strong> decided to take a break that risked the continuity of tours and new material from Nine Inch Nails<\/strong>Many fans took it for granted not to see them again for a long time (or perhaps never again). The moment of calm was with “Piggy”<\/em>, ante las celebres palabras de sus coros\u00a0como “Nothing can\u00b4t\u00a0stop me now, \u00b4Cus I don\u00b4t care anymore”, pasando a la\u00a0sensualidad y\u00a0seducci\u00f3n\u00a0de “Sanctified”<\/em>, recordando\u00a0su primer Halo de hace 25 a\u00f1os, “Pretty Hate Machine”.<\/p>\n

The debut of his new material was present with “Dissapointed”<\/em> and “All Time Low”<\/em>, the latter being a special for a small fusion with some lyrics of the song “Closer”<\/em>, que por cierto, fue descartada completamente de la noche. “Trent Reznor nos est\u00e1 trolleando con esto” -comentaba un fan al escuchar esta mezcla-.<\/p>\n

El\u00a0score de “The\u00a0social network” tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3\u00a0su debut con la canci\u00f3n “Hand Cover\u00a0<\/strong>Bruise”,<\/em> original de Trent Reznor y Atticus Ross,\u00a0seguida de una inesperada pero m\u00e1gica “Beside You In Time”,\u00a0siendo el \u00faltimo d\u00fao de calma.<\/p>\n

The last drops of energy were expended on “Copy of A”<\/em>, “Wish”<\/em>, “The Hand that Feeds”<\/em> and “Head Like a Hole”,<\/em> showing a Trent Reznor quite happy to see his audience delivered with NIN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And the flourish, among tears, choirs and lighters was “Hurt”<\/em>, the end of a night that stole the strength of each person present, reliving the new promise to return but without taking too long as the last time, to applause and smiles.<\/p>\n

What if it was the best presentation of Nine Inch Nails in Mexico? I dare say yes, despite having previously experienced the visual beauty they had in 2008 with Lights in the sky. The emotion was carried away by the presentation of 2005 for having been the first in Mexico, but the most aggressive and frenetic essence without any doubt was that of this Thursday.<\/p>\n

Thank you Trent, Robin, Alessandro and Ian<\/strong> for reuniting the public as it is NIN Mexico<\/a> and reward with a setlist tailored to these 25 years of history, with no specific preference for an album or halo.
