{"id":25091,"date":"2019-06-10T16:11:57","date_gmt":"2019-06-10T21:11:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/?p=25091"},"modified":"2019-06-10T16:11:57","modified_gmt":"2019-06-10T21:11:57","slug":"y-los-derechos-de-batushka-son-para","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/summainferno.com\/en\/y-los-derechos-de-batushka-son-para\/","title":{"rendered":"Y los derechos de Batushka son para&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despu\u00e9s de una batalla legal iniciada en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado por los derechos de la banda polaca <strong>Batushka<\/strong>, finalmente la corte de apelaciones de Bialystok ha dado la raz\u00f3n al vocalista <strong><em>Bartolomej<\/em> Krysiuk<\/strong> y le ha concedido la potestad total sobre el nombre y todo lo dem\u00e1s referente a la agrupaci\u00f3n, dejando sin efectividad una primera sentencia que daba la raz\u00f3n al guitarrista y fundador, <strong>Krzysztof Drabikowski<\/strong><strong>&#8230;<\/strong> aunque solo temporalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Esta sentencia podr\u00e1 ser apelada nuevamente por Drabikowski, quien mientras tanto comparti\u00f3 su nuevo \u00e1lbum, tambi\u00e9n bajo el nombre de Batushka.
