{"id":20804,"date":"2018-10-09T12:00:15","date_gmt":"2018-10-09T17:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/?p=20804"},"modified":"2018-10-09T12:00:15","modified_gmt":"2018-10-09T17:00:15","slug":"attaque-77-una-semblanza-de-30-anos-de-vida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/summainferno.com\/en\/attaque-77-una-semblanza-de-30-anos-de-vida\/","title":{"rendered":"Attaque 77: a portrait of 30 years of life"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p><strong>Attack 77<\/strong>, will visit Mexico City on October 17 at the <strong>Condesa Square<\/strong>, a venue where they already had success in 2015, this occasion will be a little more special as it is in the framework of their 30th career anniversary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>The celebration of 3 decades on stage and the expectation of a new record material was news that made fans happy, a taste that faded when in mid-2017 <strong>Mariano Martinez<\/strong>, guitar and voice of the group, stated in a video his respiratory problems that prevented him from developing in recitals, affecting a couple of dates, one in Costa Rica and the other in Mexico, clarified the delay of the new album, originally planned in 3 EP that would be released throughout the year, a plan that was not accepted by their record label but invited patience because there would be new material at some point, perhaps this being one of the last things the group would do.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>Let&#039;s remember that in 2009 it comes out <strong>Ciro Pertusi<\/strong>, meaning a great loss for the band, although for many it meant the end of <strong>Attack 77<\/strong>, this continued as a trio now led by Mariano, continuing with a presence on stage and the album &quot;Estallar&quot;, and although <strong>Cyrus<\/strong> He has participated in some special presentations, this does not mean that he is coming back to stay, after several years of this the public has not subtracted the support for the band.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20987\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaque-77-1492553642.2.2560x1440.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20987\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaque-77-1492553642.2.2560x1440.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>With a punk rock trend that some dismiss as having some flexibility to deal with not so crude themes belonging to the punk flag, with its musical repertoire that includes topics ranging from rebellion, struggle and a clear tendency to point out the problems of their environment and certain entities that affect everyday life, have also been given space to talk about love, dreams, their tastes, what moves them, telling small stories of characters that we do not seem to see on a daily basis, even going to the extreme with letters that they speak of low passions. Being one of the most representative bands of the genre in Argentina today it is worth remembering their trajectory and how their trends marked.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20994\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaquenavidad.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20994\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaquenavidad.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>They debuted in 1987 and the following year they appear in the INVASI\u00d3N 88 compilation along with <strong>Phlegm, Suicidal Command, The Baraja<\/strong>, among others on the Argentine scene, for 1989 they already have their first album &quot;Dulce Navidad&quot;, although the date seems distant, the songs are still valid, since the essence of <strong>Attack<\/strong> it appears in &quot;Sola en la Cancha&quot;, &quot;Gil&quot;, &quot;There is a Bomb in the School&quot;, &quot;Pap\u00e1 arrived Borracho&quot;; a first album that for many could be basic due to the way of composition but that showed a personality that they wanted to exploit.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20988\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaque-77-el-cielo-puede-esperar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"945\" height=\"945\" title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20988\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaque-77-el-cielo-puede-esperar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"945\" height=\"945\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>For 1990 with his second album titled &quot;El Cielo Can Esperar&quot; he consolidates his sound while winking at his influences, pointing out that Argentina is sick, with dreams of death and freedom, without forgetting love, missing, accepting mistakes, a wide variety of themes that characterize his work, here are great hits like &quot;Heaven Can Wait&quot;, &quot;Swords and Serpents&quot; &quot;Where the Eagles Dare&quot;, in addition to &quot;Do it for Me&quot; the song that meant a great boost in his career being in 1991 the opening theme of the hit self-titled television show hosted by <strong>Mario Pergonili,<\/strong> impacting an exhibition that no one imagined taking them to a mass audience. As a curious fact, in said television program <strong>Black Sabbath<\/strong> with <strong>It gave<\/strong> in 1992.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20989\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/R-6973251-1474324349-2164.jpeg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20989\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/R-6973251-1474324349-2164.jpeg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>After the \u201c89-92\u201d and the live recording in Obras titled \u201cRabioso la Pesadilla Reci\u00e9n Start\u201d that earned them a gold record, the band already had a weight and released \u201c\u00c1ngeles Ca\u00eddos\u201d with interesting songs like \u201cAm\u00e9rica\u201d , &quot;Libertad&quot;, &quot;Chicos y Perros&quot; that do not detach from their punk essence, but with details of other topics such as &quot;Porque te Vas&quot;, &quot;Lo que Quieras&quot; and &quot;Como Billy the Kid&quot; experiencing less crude nuances in their music but with lyrics that recalled dreams, glory and power, dirty and clean aspects depending on the eye.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20990\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaquetodoestaalreves.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20990\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaquetodoestaalreves.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>In 1993 &quot;Todo Est\u00e1 al Rev\u00e9s&quot; is a more rebellious album, even with its influences remaining as heard in &quot;Yo Combat\u00ed la Ley&quot;, pointing to the power of the media in &quot;Cuarto Poder&quot;, going from the peculiar detail of love narrated in \u201cStolen Flowers\u201d those \u201cFifteen Seconds\u201d of sexual desire, in addition to that \u201cNobody&#039;s Hero\u201d marks the tendency to tell stories of not so brilliant characters, a situation that we will see repeated in the future.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20991\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaqueundiaperfecto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20991\" src=\"http:\/\/summainferno.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/attaqueundiaperfecto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>Once again, far from crude themes of protest, in 1997 comes \u201cA Perfect Day\u201d, whose first song invites us to remember that only change is what remains in time, here the band openly tells us to experiment and continue playing different topics.
