Su reemplazo -al menos temporal- ser\u00e1 la cantante\u00a0<b>Aeva Maurelle\u00a0<\/b>de<strong> Aeverium<\/strong>. Dianne lo anunci\u00f3 as\u00ed a trav\u00e9s de su sitio oficial:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;El momento que les promet\u00ed a ustedes y a mi misma jam\u00e1s llegar\u00eda, por desgrac\u00eda est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed: Dejo a Xandria. Y la raz\u00f3n es muy simple; permanecer en la banda me causar\u00eda m\u00e1s da\u00f1os a la salud de los que de por s\u00ed ya me ha causado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Durante casi 2 a\u00f1os he estado tratando de poner temas de banda y su management sobre la mesa, para mantener esta banda sana, unida y lista para el futuro. Hoy, me entristece decir que mis intentos fracasaron. He sido ignorada, mis gritos de ayuda han sido frenados con amenazas financieras y extorsi\u00f3n emocional y que mi persistencia por seguir adelante, ignorando todas las se\u00f1ales de advertencia, me ha dejado un estr\u00e9s incontrolable (confirmados por los m\u00e9dicos).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Soy una luchadora, pero me he dado cuenta que esta es una batalla que no puedo ganar. No quisiera irme, pero no puedo vivir, no puedo desarrollarme, no puedo existir en un ambiente que me lastima. A este ambiente no le importo yo ni le importan los fans -incluso me propusieron hacer playback con tal de hacer m\u00e1s shows seguidos- y sin embargo, de forma milagrosa jam\u00e1s tuvimos resultados financieros y por lo tanto, estabilidad para los miembros de la banda.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ayer por la tarde la \u00faltima esperanza que tuve de reconciliarme con los chicos fue destrozada cuando hicieron una declaraci\u00f3n anunciando que &#8216;yo&#8217; no pod\u00eda actuar con la banda, olvidando mencionar que estoy en esta posici\u00f3n malsana debido a Xandria y su management. No es de extra\u00f1ar que tambi\u00e9n ya tuvieran un reemplazo para m\u00ed y me echaran de cada p\u00e1gina o red social de Xandria. And the reason is simple: staying in the band would cause further damage to the health problems the band has caused me.For nearly 2 years now I\u2019ve been trying to put band and management issues on the table, with the soul reason to keep this band healthy, together and ready for the future. Today I am sad to say that my attempts failed and have been ignored, that my cries for help have been met with financial threats and emotional extortion and that my persistence to keep on going, ignoring all the warning signs, has left me with uncontrollable stress symptoms (confirmed by doctors). I am a fighter, but I\u2019ve come to see that this is one I cannot win. I don\u2019t want to leave, I love the music that I got to write for you &#8211; which is 100% me &#8211; but I can\u2019t live, can\u2019t perform, can simply not exist in an environment that harms me. This environment does not care for me nor for the fans (even proposed me to playback in order to do more shows in a row) and somehow miraculously never generated any financial outcome and therefore no stability for any of its band members.Yesterday evening the last hope I had of ever reconciling with the boys was shattered when they made a statement announcing that \u2018I\u2019 could not perform with the band anymore, forgetting to mention that I am in this unhealthy position because of Xandria &amp; management. Not surprisingly they also already have a replacement for me and kicked me out of every Xandria social media page. With that they\u2019ve send me one last clear message: they are not interested in fixing the situation nor are they willing to support me if that means (partly) stepping away from the business perspective (quote: \u2018we are not friends\u2019) which leads me to conclude what I know now: it is time for me to close this chapter and wish them the best of luck in continuing the band I loved so much.Now, I don\u2019t know where we will meet again, but I didn\u2019t follow my passion, study all those hours and travel all those roads to simply give up. I\u2019m sad to close this chapter, but I\u2019m sure there will be another one to write. In the meantime I will be focussing on what does make me happy and I will be posting my daily business and updates on my Precious Metal Jewelry and Ex Libris stuff as usual.
